About

From Comfort, TX. At home everywhere.

Life has a way of revealing what we need to know - whether we’re ready for it or not. Through experience, I’ve come to understand myself and the world around me in ways that were learned through lived experiences. Everyone sees through their own lens, shaped by their own path.

Bodywork wasn’t something I set out to do, but it became undeniable. It’s more than relief - it’s recalibration. It’s an art that brings people back to themselves, especially those carrying weight they can’t quite name. I know this because I’ve been there. Stuck, restless, running in circles that never seemed to break.

But cycles have the ability to break - or alter. With the right awareness, the right people - things shift. I found those people when I needed them most. They didn’t save me; they reminded me I could save myself. I stepped out of the wreckage of addiction and am vested in the process of moving forward with intention.

Bodywork is a way to engage with the world in a way that matters. I don’t do this work to heal people; I do it to give them space to access what’s already within them. The work speaks for itself. I’ve seen it restore, release, and reshape people who thought they were beyond reach.

This is the path I’ve chosen, not because it’s easy, but because it’s real. I don’t have all the answers, and I don’t need to. What I do have is the ability to listen - to what’s said, what isn’t, and what the body reveals when words fail.
